Paint Printed Components Treatment

In case of cleaning a paint printed components, do not use a paint removal materials and keep safe from causing any kind of physical damage to the printed side.

Wind Condition Caution

Do not work in wind conditions with a Beaufort scale exceeding 6, as this indicates high winds that may compromise safety and stability of equipment.

General Visual Inspection Instructions

Visually check the component/s for mechanical integrity (lack of damages, deformations, paint peeling, etc.) and make sure that the component/s are free of dirt/external debris.

If required:

  • Clean the surface with a cleaning rag.
  • Request a technician to replace or verify integrity of part.

Procedure

  1. Make sure all the components are standing still.
  2. Make sure there are no visual damage to the components such as: holes, cracks, deformation.
  3. Make sure that the teeth are not loose.
