SHIPPING RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

This policy provides important information about shipping, returns, and refunds for purchases made from Trango Sys Ltd. Please read carefully, as returns and refunds are only available under limited circumstances.
SHIPPING:
This shipping, returns, and refund policy applies exclusively to deliveries offered by Trango Sys Ltd (“Company” or “we”), and not by the Companyโs distributors or resellers.
Please note that the purchase and delivery of products are permitted solely to Customers located within our designated shipping territories.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email.
All shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only and are intended for guidance purposes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers and/or postal services, and such delays shall not constitute a breach of our obligations.
Please note that during high season and holidays, shipping might take a little longer.

If technical or operational issues prevent or significantly delay the shipment of your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction to which the Product that you purchased is destined, and we will not be held responsible for your breach of any such law.
ORDER RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We do not offer any refund or returns. However, if the product you received is defective or damaged, not due to your misuse or neglect (as determined by the Company at its sole discretion) and the Product is in its original condition, we may agree to repair such damage at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request information. In order to determine the condition of your product, we may ask you to provide photographs of the item and additional details, including information about your use of the product. If we deem that the product you have received is indeed faulty or otherwise damaged, we may collect the product from you at our expense. We may request you to send us back the Product to the address that we will provide. You may send us the photographs of the damaged or faulty product, along with the other relevant information and documentation via email: [email protected]. If we are unable to assess the issue based on the information provided, we may request that the product be returned in order to evaluate whether a replacement or repair is required.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS OF PRODUCTS.
Notice:
If you request to return your product you must first notify us within 60-days from the day after you received your order, through our Contact Us form available HERE. Please note that after the 60-day period has lapsed, you may not return the product or ask for a refund.
For the purposes of this Policy, any product that is found to be damaged shall be deemed to have sustained damage to the product itself, irrespective of any damage to the packaging. Damage to the packaging alone shall not constitute a damaged product unless it results in or evidences damage to the product contained therein.
Once we receive the product, and subject to our determination that it is damaged, we will issue a replacement or full refund, as requested by you. A refund will be made via your original payment method. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions, such as product misuse, misapplying instructions, or if you are otherwise responsible for the fault.
We will process your return or refund request as soon as reasonably possible. Typically, refunds or replacements will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
NOTE, ALL TIME PERIODS QUOTED IN THIS POLICY FOR THE FULFILLMENT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS WILL BE EXTENDED TO THE NEXT WORKING DAY IF THEY END ON A SATURDAY, SUNDAY, OR BANK HOLIDAY. THIS INCLUDES ALL SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION PERIODS AND THE TIME LIMITS FOR RETURNING GOODS, PROVIDING REFUNDS, ETC. NOTHING IN THIS POLICY IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS.
